St. Patricks Day Bar Crawl! Erin Go Bragh! Saint Patricks day has made it's way to Minecraft News, and in the spirit of spirts pour, I offer my first non-robin contest! Story The sun made it's slow journey across the horizon as I worked in my own dimension, preparing my world to be shared with the world. I finished placing some planks, as a nearby forge smelted gold I found into a luscious luminescent bar. The heat was intense and my throat demanded a drink. I made my way back to my village to celebrate a hard days work, and the coming of St. Patricks Day the way every person should. Drunk as a skunk. As I entered my village horror struck me. There was no PUB! Whoever was responsible for this will pay dearly, but now is not the time! I quickly gathered my obsidian, and made a portal to the realm called minecraftnews to seek the aid of a skilled carpenter or mason, or better yet barmaid! The Contest For this contest I am issuing a challenge to the users of these forums to create a minecraft pub! Time: This contest begins as soon as this is posted, and ends March 31st at 12:00pm Noon GMT. What to build: Build the best Pub, Bar, Saloon, or Tavern in minecraft Single Player Survival. What's required: A picture of the start, mid-build, and finished project. Adding a map download for finished entries will be greatly appreciated =) Reward: The winner of this contest will have their bar moved to the future RP SMP server, as well as receive a set of diamond tools on the current MCnews SMP server! Runners Up: Everyone who enters the contest will receive a special signature image to show their site support! Things to Consider: Be creative, a traditional Irish Pub would be cool, but so would an old west saloon! Don't be afraid to experiment. Ok,here comes the questions: -Is mandatory to post the map download?And if it is,how?(still like my single map private) -How many entries we can make(probably only make one but is good to know). I support the server as long as all buildings there are made legitimately(that means no iron blocks orgy from the picture). P.S.:love this quick contests.
- If you don't post the map, I can't copy it to the rp server lol. The best spot to upload it is www.mediafire.com If you don't want to share a certain world, I'd recommend making the entry on a new world. - You can make as many as you want - The RP server is an oddball idea, ill explain it more in depth later on
Like the sounds of this Since I am not holding in the competition, would it be alright if I entered? I can't promise anything, but if I get time over I would like to build an tavern.

Considering the details this contest will demand. Everyone who competes will be allowed to double post in their threads, and the picture limit total is 14.

Well seeing as how we only have one entrant, ill give an additional week. Robin said he was going to compete =S. Seeing as how this could be unfair to sniper, he will be given his choice of a single diamond tool for entering on time
