Hey! Let's start our first competition! To celebrate the Halloween update we will give away two Minecraft accounts! Rules is that the competition is done the 31 October at midnight (Swedish GMT+1 time because of when they release the new update) All you have to do is to be registered on the forum, and you will automatically be a part of the competition, we will randomly choose two members at midnight the 31 oct. Well I'm telling more people about it now, so the member count may go up even more now. Hmm, or should I wait just a little longer to keep these raised chances...
Wait Time, wait. Be patient, you surely have other stuff to do before the end of the month don't you? Damn it, the member count is going up now. Maybe add a requirement that they should've at least posted once? And the downside is, I don't see why the same person couldn't just create like 10 more accounts to raise their chances.
EXTREMELY good point. Someone could just make multiple forum accounts in order to try to secure a free account. I also agree, set like a minimum post count, or something. Maybe a little more then 1, Haha
It is okey guys I have had similar competitions before (another forum), And when I roll for the winners I will roll by IP, and another security thing is that you should not be able to create more then 1 account for 1 email. And you can take it easy, In coming competitions activity will be in once favor.
Oh okay, well nothing to worry about then! I do the same thing with my clan, I always IP check applicants before we even discuss them, because we don't want to accept someone who turns out to be a troll.
Okey I have see the similar competitions in another forum, But I think in this compition security is good. that you should not be create more than one account in one single email.
