Hey! I need some feedback from the users we have! The site are now up and running with just above 100 members, we will aim for much more but it is a good start But now I need some feedback so I can make the site bigger and better! What do you miss on the site? Did you think it was easy to register ? Do you think it is easier to register with the new "register here" button on the front page? or should I remove it ? Are the colors alright? Anything you can say about the site that's need improving or something you really like? I am very grateful for your answers! All the best!
The colors are sort of annoying- too bright. White, light blue, and light grey sorta blend together and look like one big bright blob. With the lighter text on some of the buttons and things it is sorta hard to see. It also stands out way too much from the background, sorta looks tacky.
The overall site looks pretty good. The only thing is, the colorscheme is a bit overwhelming. The colors are too far away from each other.
ye, it's actually hard to get a working color scheme that fits text, backgound, boxes and so on , anyone have any suggestions about colors to replace ? I think I need ti take a handle of this color thing today!
The site looks great. I'm okay with the color scheme mainly because I've seen worse. But for a change, I don't know except that you should keep them on the lighter side.
Projects wouldn't really be needed, because if you make one for SMP, then you'd need one for creative, and survival, and red moon. There's really no reason to split them up "at this point in time", right now we can't really be splitting up topics in forums, we don't have many to split. We'd end up having a bare looking forums. Prehaps when we are really busy it would be something we'd need, and it's not a bad idea in the slightest, but at the moment I don't see a reason to break it up. Although this is just my view, im nobody special, it's Robin's call on everything. However feedback should go both ways, know what I mean?
yes yes, you are right, but maybe including a "projects" section in the "Multiplayer Alpha" forum wont make any trouble, since there is people posting bugs, information like tips and commands, "projects" would make it nice to anyone who is interested in a building (like a big mine) or interested in ideas to be done, that is my point of view And this is for the future!! because right now it is unnecessary since we got only like 10 threads in that forum, lol. as you said, when we get busy maybe
I'd go against that on the ground of confusion. You see a projects folder in singleplayer, you know that it's a singleplayer project. No confusion. One forum just for projects would be very confusing. If it's for the future there is no reason to make things smaller, when it's more effective to have it split it. Like I say "If its worth doing, it's worth doing right"
w00t, finally i was able to join, i guess i had the wrong URL, i just had to searched the Soviet Russia server on the minecraf.net server list to get he right one, can i be promoted to builder? :3 Edit: note this is feedback for the soviet russia server, lol.
